These terms govern use of Keyword Atlas. By using the application, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the service

Keyword Atlas provides a public demonstration and optional Google Ads keyword research for approved MJ Kloss team members. Demo results are clearly labelled and are illustrative. Live results are estimates returned by Google Ads and do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, advertising performance or revenue. Advertiser competition is not organic SEO difficulty. Intent labels and content groups are inferred from keyword wording.

Permitted use

Use the service lawfully and only with accounts you are authorised to access. Do not interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access. Avoid confidential or personal information in keyword searches.

Accounts and features

Live research requires an approved team ChatGPT account and separate authorization for the designated Google account. The app only reads account details and requests keyword ideas; it does not modify campaigns or spend. Connections expire within one hour and may require reconnecting. Exports save files locally; there is no saved keyword history or persistent content-plan database. Competitor analysis is unavailable.

Data and third-party services

Google Ads supplies live estimates when connected. Results can be limited, rounded, delayed or unavailable and are subject to API limits. The app displays up to 100 ideas per request. OpenAI Sites provides hosting and authentication. External services have their own terms and policies. Review the Privacy Policy for data handling.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Features and data sources may be updated without notice where reasonably necessary for security, compliance or service improvement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keyword Atlas is provided without warranties regarding completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
