Keyword Atlas is an internal keyword research tool for the MJ Kloss team. Public visitors see illustrative demo data. Approved team members can choose to connect the designated Google account for live keyword estimates.

Information we process

Team sign-in provides your ChatGPT account identifier and email for access control. If you connect Google, we receive your verified email, a temporary access token, accessible Google Ads account identifiers, names and currencies. When you run a search, your seed keyword, chosen country or location and Ads account identifier are sent to Google Ads. Returned keyword ideas, search estimates, advertiser competition and bid estimates are displayed in your browser.

Use and sharing

We use this information only to authenticate approved team members, connect the designated MJ Kloss Ads account and provide requested keyword research. The application does not change campaigns, budgets or advertising spend. It does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models. Keyword Atlas’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Google connection tokens are encrypted in Secure, HttpOnly session cookies, bound to your signed-in team identity and expire within one hour. The app does not request refresh tokens or store Google tokens in a server database. A separate encrypted cookie protects the sign-in request and expires after ten minutes. Inputs and results remain in the current page; exports create files on your device. The application does not save keyword history or plans in a database. Hosting and identity providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser details, to operate and protect their services.

Your choices and deletion

Connecting Google is optional. Disconnect session removes the app’s Google connection cookie; clear site cookies to remove local session information. Revoke Keyword Atlas access through your Google Account connections to remove the Google authorization itself. Reload or close the page to clear current results, and delete exported files from your device. Do not include confidential or personal information in keyword searches. Contact the site owner below for privacy or deletion requests.

Services and retention

OpenAI Sites hosts the app and provides team authentication. Google provides authorization and Ads API results. Their services have their own privacy and retention practices. Keyword Atlas keeps no persistent application database of Google user data; temporary connection cookies have the limits described above.
